SCAM ALERT!!!!
I bought 7 items on the AllBuy app. The prices were too good to be true! My payment went through successfully and after checking a couple of days later ALL SEVEN ITEMS WERE REMOVED! It said refund successful with NO other explanation as to why my items were being refunded! I emailed customer service to find out why my items were refunded. This was the email reply I recieved: Lucky (AllBuy) Dec 11, 09:37 Dear customer, really sorry that the item you ordered was sold out. so your order was refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience. and thanks for your support and buying. have a nice weekend. I did NOT have a nice weekend! I checked my MasterCard bill and it showed the amount was successfully paid but after giving the benefit of the doubt and checking this months bill THERE STILL IS NO REFUND!!! I am so upset and angry at this lack of service, lack of answers, lack of everything expected from any service providing company! I have sent one more email to AllBuy to try to redeem themselves and return the money they STOLE from me. If they do not, I intend on seeking legal action. As well I will be posting on any and all sites I can possibly find to exploit this fake company for what it really is. Thanks for nothing AllBuy you should change your name to ALLSCAM!

Dont order anything from here. They send defective products and will not refund your money. Stay away.... Would have given 0 star just did not figure out how to do it....
